Join Us as a Program Scheduler – Optimise Rosters and Support Client-Centred Care
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about coordinating services that make a real difference? We’re seeking a skilled Program Scheduler to join our team, ensuring that Community Support Workers are efficiently rostered to meet client needs under a Consumer Directed Care model. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting client outcomes while maintaining effective and cost-efficient staff scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor Community Support Worker rosters to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Publish and communicate rosters effectively to staff and clients.
- Ensure staff are allocated appropriately to meet client needs and service requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the team, assisting with day-to-day scheduling and coordination.
- Communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders to balance client and workforce requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with high-volume rostering and scheduling within a community care or similar service environment.
- Previous experience providing administrative support to staff.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
