We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand and we need someone who already has an active LinkedIn profile to act as our hiring manager/recruiter. Your job is to post our job listings, manage applicants, filter candidates, and bring us top talent. Responsibilities: • Post job roles on your LinkedIn profile & relevant groups • Create a LinkedIn company page for us (optional) • Filter applicants + shortlist best profiles • Screening questions + initial interviews (if needed) • Forward final candidates to us for review We provide: • Job description & role details • Salary/offer structure • Interview criteria & test tasks • Support & brand assets We’re hiring roles like: Creative Strategist, Video Editor, UGC Creators, Media Buyer, VA, Customer Support, etc. Requirements: • Active LinkedIn account with real identity • Good English communication • Experience in recruitment preferred (not essential) • Organised & can communicate daily
