We run a fast-moving digital products business scaling ebooks, Etsy stores, organic social growth, and AI-driven monetisation. We’re hiring one sharp Virtual Assistant to become a core execution partner. This is not a passive assistant role. This is for someone who moves fast, learns fast, and takes ownership. You’ll be working across four main areas: What You’ll Be Doing Daily 1. Ebook Rebranding 2. Updating covers using set templates 3. Editing titles, descriptions, and brand elements 4. Exporting and organising final files Etsy Product Management 1. Uploading new listings 2. Writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions 3. Adding tags, pricing, images 4. Monitoring listing health Organic Social Engagement 1. Comment farming on targeted content 2. DM outreach and engagement 3. Daily interaction quotas 4. AI Model Chat Support 5. Chatting on behalf of an AI persona 6. Driving engagement and conversions 7. Following tone, compliance, and safety rules Tools You’ll Use 1. Google Drive 2. Canva 3. Etsy Seller Dashboard 4. Instagram, TikTok, X 5. Slack or Telegram 6.
