About the Role: As our WHS Administrator you will:
- Provide expert WHS advice across the business to support our compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate, plan, record and execute health and safety initiatives across our operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
- Lead the development and review of WHS systems, policies, and procedures.
- Guide and support injury management processes and rehabilitation efforts.
- Support and educate all personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to WHS systems.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar WHS role.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
- Strong working knowledge of OHS legislation, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
