Located adjacent to the picturesque Thorndon Park reserve in Newton and only 15min from the CBD Rezz Hotel has now become one of Adelaide’s most sought-after destinations.

We have a reputation of exceptional food with pizzas being our flagship.

We are looking to appointment a new Head Pizza Chef.

The successful applicant must be experienced and will report directly to our Executive and Head Chefs and work closely with the team in the day to day running of the Pizza section.

We are offering either full time position.

Experience with wood ovens and classic Italian pizzas ovens is required as well as managing large volumes.

Flexibility and availability on weekends is a must.
