We now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property & Fleet Services to join our Procurement and Real Estate team in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager Procurement & Real Estate, you will be responsible for shaping APA’s property and fleet strategy at a national scale, ensuring we derive maximum value from completed and upcoming workplace transformations, while re-imagining the office experience for our people. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of APA’s property transformation agenda, deriving value from completed On the Move projects and overseeing upcoming programs. Shape APA’s Office Experience, ensuring workplaces foster collaboration, engagement, and high performance. Drive commercial outcomes through portfolio optimisation, leasing strategies, asset management, and vendor partnerships. Champion continuous improvement to enhance property and fleet performance, governance, and cost efficiency. Provide strategic advice to executives on property, leasing, facilities, and fleet matters to support enterprise priorities. Build capability and leadership within the Property & Fleet team, positioning the function as a trusted, commercially minded business partner. Monitor market trends, legislation, and external opportunities to inform APA’s strategy and asset management approach. Your background Senior leadership experience in Property & Fleet within a large, complex organisation. Commercial acumen with the ability to derive measurable value from property and fleet strategies. Experience driving continuous improvement and cultural uplift across systems, processes, and teams. Proven track record of leading workplace transformation projects (builds, relocations, or consolidations). Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence at executive level. A forward-looking mindset, with interest in workplace experience, employee engagement, and sustainability.
