We’re a fast-growing Australian dog brand on a mission to design and launch innovative, high-quality physical products loved by dogs and their humans. We’re looking for a passionate and resourceful Head of Product Development to join us long-term and work directly with the CEO to bring new product ideas to life. Your role will focus on taking ideas from concept to launch — working with designers to create visuals, communicating with suppliers to get samples produced, managing the development process end-to-end, and collaborating with marketing to take new products to market. This isn’t a corporate-level CPO position — we’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and hungry to grow who can take ownership of new product development and ease the load from the CEO. You’ll have the freedom to execute ideas, innovate, and see your work go from concept to reality in the market.
