Your Experience

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3–4 years in a senior leadership role (head of ) within complex financial services environment.
• Regulatory Subject Matter Expertise: Good technical knowledge of the AML/CTF Act, AUSTRAC reporting standards, and APRA prudential frameworks.
• Risk Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in Line 1 risk execution and a sophisticated understanding of the Three Lines of Defense model.
• Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to engage and influence at the Executive Leadership and Board level, with a track record of producing high-quality strategic papers.
