• Job Description
• We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary vision and launch our new rooftop restaurant. As Head Chef, you’ll bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional food while ensuring the highest standards of consistency, presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and execution of Cleo’s Mediterranean-inspired menu, with the support from the Executive Chef
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including rostering, ordering and food safety compliance.
• Manage costs effectively while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
• Champion creativity, seasonality and sustainability in menu planning.
• Partner with the front of house team to ensure seamless dining experience aligned with Cleo’s brand.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-volume, premium dining venues.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, techniques, and ingredients.
• Leadership skills to motivate and train a new team.
• A passion for creating memorable dining experiences through food.
• Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
