Future Magic Brewing Co. is a local brewery and taproom known for its community spirit, casual dining atmosphere, and great beer. We’re seeking a Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage a small team, and maintain consistency across our simple, crowd-pleasing menu.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train kitchen staff in a supportive and efficient manner
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Plan specials and assist in basic menu development
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering and cost control

About You
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) required
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Calm under pressure, reliable, and able to work weekends
- Comfortable leading a small team in a relaxed, community venue
- Passion for approachable food that pairs well with craft beer
