We have up to 300 positions available for harvest workers on fruit and vegetable farms in Caboolture, QLD.

Work is due to start in early January 2026 with various intakes until mid November and is expected to go for 9 months.

You will be paid as a Level 1, Casual OR Fulltime Employee under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural award.

The position is for a harvest worker on a fruit and vegetable farms and will include but not limited to tasks such as
Picking Fruit and Vegetables
Packing Fruit and Vegetables
Planting Fruit and Vegetables
Pruning/Thinning Trees
General Farm Duties

This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 30 hours a week, 6am-4pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.

Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

• Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
• Must be physically fit, agile & able to stand for long periods
