About the Company
CUT’N FADE PTY LTD is a professional and customer-focused hair and beauty business based in Queensland. We are committed to delivering high-quality hair services while maintaining excellent client relationships and a positive workplace culture. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hairdresser to join our growing team.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Conducting in-depth client consultations to assess hair condition, personal style preferences, and desired results
• Delivering precision hair cutting, trimming, shaping, and styling services using professional tools and techniques
• Performing shampooing, conditioning, and specialised scalp and hair treatments to maintain hair health
• Executing advanced colouring services including bleaching, foiling, highlighting, toning, and corrective colour applications
• Providing professional hair treatments such as smoothing, straightening, and intensive conditioning services
• Recommending suitable hairstyles, personalised hair care routines, and professional salon products to clients
• Ensuring all workstations, tools, and salon areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
• Managing client appointments and maintaining accurate client records where required
• Keeping up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Skills & Attributes
• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Qualifications & Experience
• AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV in Hairdressing, or a higher relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience as a hairdresser
• Ability to meet Australian workplace health and safety requirements
