I am looking for an experienced Launch Manager to coordinate and deliver the release of my self-published business e-book on Amazon. The book is complete and professionally proofed — I now need someone to manage the launch campaign from end to end with minimal input from me. The project is fixed price: $1,750 USD, paid in milestones upon delivery of results. ⸻ Project Deliverables & Milestones Milestone 1 – Launch Plan & Setup (20% – $350) • Develop a clear 30-day launch plan with key dates and actions • Optimise Amazon KDP listing (keywords, categories, book description, author bio) • Set up tracking and reporting tools Milestone 2 – Website & Lead Capture (20% – $350) • Create/update simple landing page with book details + lead/contact form • Ensure integration with enquiry system or email automation • Provide draft copy for website and contact page Milestone 3 – Collateral & Campaign Prep (25% – $437.50) • Draft and finalise social media posts, ad copy, and email announcements • Provide press-style announcement / launch message • Set up and schedule posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Milestone 4 – Launch Execution (25% – $437.50) • Manage the live launch week across channels • Run and optimise ads (if included in scope) • Monitor Amazon performance and make adjustments Milestone 5 – Reporting & Handover (10% – $175) • Provide final launch report (sales, leads, campaign reach) • Document systems so ongoing management is minimal • Handover all accounts, logins, and content files ⸻ Requirements • Proven track record managing e-book or digital product launches • Familiarity with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) • Strong digital marketing and project management skills • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision • Excellent written communication skills in English ⸻ Outcome Goals • Achieve visibility and sales momentum on Amazon • Generate consultancy leads via the website • Establish simple systems that require minimal future management
