  • Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

  • A service-focused personality is essential, with the ability to connect with guests through story telling and anticipation of needs
  • Prior experience in a Guest Service Agent role essential
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a similar PMS
  • Unprovisional full driver’s license an advantage. Confident driving both automatic and manual cars
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset
  • Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or be willing to obtain
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Full availability to work days, nights, weekends, public holidays essential for full time candidates
  • FULL TIME and PART TIME positions available
