Our client — a GTM engineering firm building the first-ever operating system for modern revenue teams — is seeking a motivated and highly organized GTM Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps client projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring their continued success. This is a hands-on role for a professional who excels at execution and communication. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of client accounts, allowing our strategy and technical teams to focus on their core expertise. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B/SaaS clients, building strong, trusted relationships. • Own project delivery from start to finish, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines are met. • Run structured weekly client check-ins to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment. • Proactively identify and address potential issues, looping in members of the strategy or technical teams for specialized support when needed. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and accountability, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing Project Management role. • EXTREMELY organized with meticulous attention to detail and a strong of ownership. • Proven experience working with SaaS or B2B technology accounts is required. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and client engagements simultaneously. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • A self-starter who can work autonomously and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Operational Hub: This is a critical role that connects strategy to execution. You will act as the central point of contact for our client delivery process, ensuring we operate efficiently and effectively. • Focused Expertise: You will have the opportunity to master the art of client management and project delivery, working in close partnership with a team of GTM experts without needing to be a strategist yourself.
