Job Description

Join our small, dedicated team in this full-time role and bring your problem-solving flair to a role where no two days are the same! Reporting to the Property Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll use your expertise to keep things running smoothly and add value where it matters most. You'll have flexibility to work on weekends as required.

What you’ll do:

  • Tackle incidental maintenance repairs across rooms, amenities, and facilities.
  • Deliver friendly, on-the-spot customer service for in-room fixes.
  • Get hands-on with building projects, major repairs, renovations, and mechanical tasks – from painting and basic plumbing to hardware replacements.
  • Keep our grounds and gardens looking their best.

What you’ll bring:

  • A reputation for top-notch customer service and the ability to spark great conversations with guests.
  • Strong time management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Medium rigid truck licence and forklift licence (highly desirable).
  • An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
  • Proven experience in property maintenance and confidence with power tools.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
  • Solid knowledge of safe working procedures.
  • A “hands-on” attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and a reasonable level of fitness.
