Project Overview: We are redesigning our website (WordPress + Elementor) and need an experienced Gravity Forms designer/developer to restyle our existing forms so they align with the new overall website design. A reference image of the new homepage design has been attached for guidance. Our setup includes several complex, multi-page Gravity Forms, which must be reused with no or minimal manual adjustment. Scope: - Clean, modern, and responsive design consistent with the new site look and feel. - Implement styling via an Elementor widget and site-wide custom CSS - Ensure consistent layout for all fields used in our forms including Drop Down, Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Buttons, Date pickers, HTML fields, Descriptions, and Section Headings etc. - Optimise UI/UX for both desktop and mobile and across major browsers Deliverables: A reusable Elementor widget or template (with or without custom CSS) applying the new form design site-wide. Custom CSS (if applicable) hat to be provided separately Technical Setup: - WordPress + Elementor Pro - Gravity Forms (+ Gravity Perks) - Hello Elementor theme Please include in your proposal: - Please recommend a suitable Elementor add-on (if required) so we can check licence cost details - Estimate for the time required and your hourly rate. - Relevant Work examples Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience styling Gravity Forms within Elementor - Strong responsive design and CSS skills - Focus on clean, accessible UI/UX Milestones: - First draft: design concept for review and feedback - Final delivery: importable Elementor template + all custom CSS provided separately
