• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to align design output with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and business goals. • Take ownership of creating, refining, and maintaining brand assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing and digital touchpoints. • Act as a point of quality control, reviewing and approving creative work before submission. • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial brief through to delivery, balancing creative excellence with deadlines and business priorities. • Higher education in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred). • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. • Conversational-level English. • Experience in the development & execution of paid out of home media/marketing. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible, positive, and friendly approach • Directly contribute to the creation of design assets when required, supporting the team in meeting deadlines & ensuring consistency in output. • Establish and enforce best practices in design standards, workflow, and file management.
