Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with fellow designers and cross-functional teams to create impactful, visually compelling brands, assets, and campaigns that align with client objectives. You are passionate about crafting thoughtful designs that balance aesthetic appeal with strategic intent. From conceptualizing mood boards and brand identities to producing print, digital, and packaging graphics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality deliverables. Strong typography, layout skills, attention to detail, time management, and excellent organizational abilities are critical to success in this role.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Brand & Concept Development:
- Create visual mood boards for brand identities and campaigns
- Develop brand identity concepts (including colors, typography, and imagery) and exercise unique logo design skills.
- Develop look and feel for campaigns that are in alignment with defined strategy and established brand guidelines.
- Design Execution:
- Design innovative visual assets for print, packaging, advertising, and digital platforms (including social media, email platforms, and digital ad placements).
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for various printing processes.
- Design web layouts, online and mobile applications, and collaborate with development teams to ensure all design elements are implemented effectively.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment with defined project goals.
- Review designs for technical errors.
- Apply provided feedback to refine and enhance final outputs.
- Present work confidently and contribute to creative conversations to foster collaboration.
- Project Management:
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet deliverable objectives efficiently.
- Maintain organized files and archives for ongoing and completed projects.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
- Experience with digital content creation, including websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
- Solid knowledge of printing processes, pre-press setup, and file formatting.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking:
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to balance creative vision with strategic goals.
- Ability to apply style guides creatively while maintaining brand identity integrity.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate.
- Adaptability and Growth:
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, processes, and design challenges.
