Our team comprises of software veteran from Seattle-based Amazon.com, a project leader from Boston Consulting Group, Ph.D. from MIT in Mechanical Engineering, and software engineers graduating from top Indonesian universities. • Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, digital ads, Reels, IGTV, and other campaigns.

• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that reflect brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with growth, creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful visuals.

• Adapt and refine creative materials based on performance insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).

• Plus point: experience in at least one of the following—video editing, motion graphics, 3D design, or illustration.

• Excellent attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to translate briefs into visually engaging content.

• Comfortable working with a wide range of media and formats.

• Self-motivated, able to manage deadlines and deliver results independently.
