Roles start in October 2025. 9 months of work on offer

Casual work minimum 30 hours per week.
30 farm labourer roles on offer - no experience required.

Starting pay is $30.35/hour Level 1 as per the Horticultural Award 2020. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award
Onsite training provided with progression opportunities.

Monday to Sunday, Multiple shifts varying start and finish times.
Flexibility to work these hours is essential.

The role
Hand picking grapes according to quality and ripeness standards
Packing grapes into boxes
Table grape picking using secateurs
Sorting and packing fruit
General vineyard duties as required

Criteria
• Work well in a team environment
• Safety conscious and able to follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Guaranteed commitment to shift times, being flexible and punctual
• Ability to conduct physical work in hot and cold environments
• Possess a positive working attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, which includes Drug and alcohol testing
