Job Description: Lumen is a boutique talent marketing consultancy based in Australia. We’re looking for a skilled freelancer to help us navigate government procurement opportunities and unlock funding. You will be responsible for: Researching and identifying relevant federal and state government grants Preparing and submitting applications (with our support) Registering Lumen on procurement portals, including: AusTender (federal) BuyICT (federal ICT marketplace) State-level portals like VIC Tenders, QTenders (QLD), eTendering (NSW), etc. Ideal Candidate Has: Proven experience with Australian government procurement and grants Familiarity with AusTender, BuyICT, and local state portals Strong attention to detail and registration process knowledge Can explain compliance and eligibility requirements clearly Bonus: Experience working with small businesses or consultancies Deliverables: Shortlist of relevant grants with application timelines Company registered on all priority procurement portals Clear documentation for next steps and credentials Location Preference: Australia preferred, but open to other time zones with experience in AU procurement.
