About the Role As a GP Sales Representative with AstraZeneca, you will: Partner with General Practitioners, Retail Pharmacies, and allied health professionals. Promote leading pharmaceutical brands in line with Medicines Australia (MA) standards. Build strong relationships, using data insights to understand customer needs. Develop and execute territory business plans with your Sales Manager. Drive sales performance, exceed targets, and adapt to the evolving healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Complete product training, including Medicines Australia (MA) accreditation. Deliver engaging product discussions with healthcare professionals. Collaborate with your team to achieve sales and call execution goals. Analyse data and market insights to drive strategy and sales results. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Essential for the role Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification). Previous sales experience and/or a strong medical background. Strong communication, relationship-building, and business planning skills. Ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver results. Desirable for the role Experience in digital sales or customer engagement tools.
