My Merchant Center account has been suspended under Misrepresentation: Shopping ads Misrepresentation policy / Free listings Misrepresentation policy for Shopify website. ________________________________________ What I’ve already done to address this: • Replaced Gmail with a domain email • Added full business address and customer service hours to footer and contact page • Updated and aligned all policies (Shipping, Returns, Payment, Privacy, Terms) with GMC requirements • Ensured Shipping Policy matches GMC setup (flat rate $40 and 2–8 business days) • Ensured Refund Policy matches GMC setup (30-day returns, clear contact info, no restocking fees) • Added Payment Policy page with supported methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay) • Fixed all broken links and corrected collection links in the menu • Added FAQ page, Track Order page, and customer support details • Ensured business name/logo and contact information match GMC exactly • Verified checkout process is functional and payments work correctly • Improved website trust signals: added About Us, social links, and payment icons • Fixed unsupported country/shipping issue by adding a flat-rate shipping method ($40 across Australia) as required by GMC • Attempted to resync product feed, but due to suspension I cannot sync products again without requesting a review.
