Website: australiancreditsavers.com.au Google ads landing page: credithelpaustralia.com.au IG/FB/TikTok – Leads are being collected directly through the platforms’ lead forms, not via the website or landing page. we want the most comprehensive tracking setup possible across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and TikTok using GHL as the CRM. This includes API conversions + retargeting. 1. Events to track & send via API (Conversion Tracking): • Lead Created – new contact from any source (ads, organic, calls). • Qualified Lead – marked as qualified in GHL. • Paid Client / Contract Signed – main conversion. Call Tracking: • Track all inbound calls from Google Ads (call extensions, call-only ads, website click-to-call) and send back as conversions. • Track calls from the website (including organic, social, referral traffic) using dynamic number insertion for accurate source attribution. • If a call lead becomes a Paid Client, send that conversion back via API to the original platform (Google, Meta, TikTok). Platforms: • Google Ads: Offline Conversions + Enhanced Conversions (hashed email/phone). • Meta (FB/IG): Conversions API (Lead, Qualified, Paid Client). • TikTok: Events API (Lead, Qualified, Paid Client). Include hashing for all identifiers where required, deduplication for pixel + server events, and ensure events pass campaign/ad IDs for reporting. 2. Pixel & Retargeting Setup: • Install & configure Google Ads tag, Facebook Pixel + CAPI, and TikTok Pixel + Events API on all websites & landing pages. • Create retargeting audiences for: • Visitors who didn’t fill the form. • Visitors who didn’t call. • Sync with GHL so existing leads/clients are excluded from retargeting. For ACS tracking setup: 1. Conversion Tracking (GHL → Stape → Ads) • All leads come into GHL via Zap (WordPress, TikTok lead forms, Meta lead forms). • In GHL, create a webhook for when an Opportunity is moved to the pipeline Active Clients (any stage) → send to Stape as a Sale event. • Map this event in Stape to Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok via server-side API (Enhanced Conversions/CAPI). • Test and confirm conversions fire in all ad platforms. 2. Retargeting Visitors (Website + Google Ads Landing Page) • Install Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads tag via GTM on both WordPress website and landing page. • Track page views, form submits, and call clicks. • Build retargeting audiences in all 3 platforms. End goal: • Platforms get accurate sales conversion data from GHL. • Platforms can retarget all site and landing page visitors.”** pixels and basic lead tracking are working, but the key parts from my original brief are still not complete. Please make sure all of the following are fully set up and tested: 1. Server-side sales tracking: When a lead in GHL is moved to “Active Client,” it must trigger a Sale event through Stape and fire in: • Meta (CAPI) • TikTok (Events API) • Google Ads (Enhanced Conversions) 2. Call click tracking: The “Call Now” button must fire a conversion event in all 3 platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). 3. Retargeting audiences: Retargeting lists must be created and active inside Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, using the installed pixels/tags. 4. Google Ads Enhanced Conversions: Confirm customer data (email/phone) is hashing and sending correctly, and show proof in Conversions → Diagnostics. The end goal is simple: • All platforms receive sales data (not just leads) • Calls are tracked • Retargeting audiences are live • Enhanced Conversions are confirmed Please also provide proof screenshots from Events Manager, TikTok Test Events, and Google Ads Diagnostics after test events, so I know each item is working.
