Google Ads Specialist For Business Broker (We need leads/people who wants to sell their business) Remote | Contract | $300 per account We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist who knows how to generate high-quality, intent-based leads for a business broker in Australia and who understands that success isn’t just about clicks, it’s about qualified enquiries that convert. Our agency works with business brokers across the country to help them dominate local search and drive real leads through paid Google campaigns. This is a per-account contract role (starting at $300 per client), ideal for someone who knows how to run lean, effective local lead gen campaigns without fluff. If you’ve run Google Ads for service baed businesses and you understand the importance of landing page structure and post-click optimisation, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing - Setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search and Performance Max) for clients - Conducting keyword research focused on high-intent, location-based terms - Writing compelling ad copy that aligns with user search intent - Implementing smart bidding, match types, and negative keywords to improve cost per lead - Setting up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or native tracking - Monitoring daily performance and adjusting budgets and bids based on lead volume and quality - Providing feedback on landing pages and advising on post-click journey improvements including page structure, forms, and CTAs - Delivering light-touch monthly reporting or Looms on performance and recommendations - Troubleshooting ad disapprovals, low-quality scores, or tracking issues Who This Role Is For - You’ve run Google Ads campaigns for business brokers - You understand the Australian market and how homeowners search for property legal services - You know that a good ad is only half the story and that the landing page and follow-up matter just as much - You don’t need hand-holding and you're used to owning accounts, making decisions, and being judged by results - You care about lead quality, not just traffic volume Bonus Points If You - Have previous experience running ads for conveyancers, settlement agents, or property lawyers - Understand best practices for landing page design and form conversions - Have worked with GoHighLevel, Unbounce, or similar landing page builders - Know how to A/B test headlines, callouts, and layouts to improve post-click performance - Can write basic but high-converting ad copy without relying on templates Compensation and Structure - Pay-per-account model - $300 AUD per account (ongoing monthly) - Most clients are long-term with stable spend and consistent expectations - Flexible work and async communication.
