The Role I’m looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join my team on an ongoing basis (20+ hours per week). You must be able to work in a time zone similar to AEST, attend weekly meetings, and action assigned tasks on the same day. Key Responsibilities • Set up and manage Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) • Implement and maintain GTM conversion tracking and GA4 analytics • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy • Manage campaigns daily: structure, optimisation, bidding, budgets, reporting Requirements • 4+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (high-spend accounts ideal) • Proficient in Google Tag Manager (conversion tagging, event setup) • Strong knowledge of GA4 and data interpretation • Fluent English communication (written and verbal) • Responsive, detail-oriented, able to deliver same-day task turnarounds What You’ll Get • Ongoing, consistent work with long-term potential 🙂 • 20+ hours per week with flexibility • A collaborative environment where your expertise is valued Excited to find the perfect addition to my team!
