About
We’re a Google Ads agency looking for a Notion & automation expert to help us design and build a workspace focused on client delivery and team operations. What we need: A structured Notion workspace with: Client dashboards (one per client) showing tasks, KPIs, meeting notes, promotions, and quarterly reviews. Master databases for tasks, KPIs, meeting notes, promotion calendar, and QBRs — all linked to clients. SOP & Playbook hub for internal processes. Team hub for standups, training, and knowledge sharing. Integrations: Google Meet → linked to meeting notes and dashboards. Google Drive → client folders linked to dashboards. Slack → channel links in dashboards + optional automation (e.g. anomaly logs → Slack). Automations: (Zapier/Make or similar) Auto-create client dashboards and folders when a new client is added. Sync standups or anomaly logs with Slack. Deliverable: A fully functional, clean, and scalable Notion workspace that acts as the agency’s command center. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience building structured workspaces in Notion. Strong skills in automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc). Experience working with agencies or service-based businesses (bonus if familiar with marketing/ads workflows).
