You'll be part of a passionate maintenance crew that takes pride in delivering a top-tier playing experience to the community. Your new role As a Golf Course Groundsperson, your primary responsibility will be to support the horticultural maintenance and upkeep of the course. You'll perform a range of duties including mowing, bunker and fairway care, greens maintenance, spraying, fertilising, landscaping, and turf renovation. You'll also assist with reticulation repairs, equipment operation, and contribute to environmental management initiatives under the e-par EMS system. Key tasks include:

Mowing, edging, and bunker care
Spraying and fertilising programs
Turf renovation (scarifying, coring, dethatching, sanding)
Reticulation system maintenance
Operating specialised equipment (tractors, green mowers, spreaders, etc.)
Supporting landscape projects and environmental compliance
Weekend rostered shifts as required What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Previous golf course maintenance experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of turf care and landscaping practices
Ability to operate and maintain greenkeeping equipment
Physical fitness and a proactive work ethic
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Commitment to environmental best practices
Relevant certifications (e.g. ChemCert, White Card) are highly regarded. What you'll get in return
