We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our team for a series of ongoing B2B automation projects. If you have a deep understanding of GHL, a knack for creating efficient B2B sales and marketing automations, and a passion for data-driven results, we want to hear from you. This is a remote, project-based role with a consistent flow of work for the right candidate. Job Overview & Responsibilities We are looking for a GHL Expert to assist in the existing implementations of GoHighLevel based on the following segments: 1. GHL Setup and Connections: You will be responsible for the complete setup and integration of GHL instances, including connecting Google Adwords, calendars, email services, and phone systems (Twilio). A seamless and functional setup is the foundation of our client's success. 2. GHL Data Setup: You will work with our established internal data-sets and create automations to populate these data points accurately. This includes creating logic such as 'IF contact form = X, THEN automate Y in data-field Z'. A strong understanding of data architecture and maintenance is crucial. 3. GHL Automations: Based on our guidelines and client needs, you will implement a variety of B2B-focused automations. These will include SMS and email campaigns, lead scoring updates, contact filtering, and automated task creation for sales teams. While we have standardized 80% of our automations, the ability to customize and innovate is key. 4. GHL Dashboards: You will create insightful dashboards for each GHL instance based on the populated data and key performance indicators (KPIs) driven by our clients' objectives and goals. These dashboards will provide a clear view of performance and ROI. What We're Looking For We are looking for an Intermediate to Expert level GHL specialist with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have: - Extensive GoHighLevel Experience: You have managed and scaled GHL instances with advanced automations, including call routing, IVR, chatbot implementation, and integrations with platforms like Bland.ai and Vapi. - Strong Technical Skills: You have a deep understanding of organizing data-types, ensuring data maintenance, and are proficient with API integrations (Bland.ai, Vapi, Twilio, SendGrid). You are an expert in custom field creation and have a working knowledge of JSON. - B2B Sales Cycle Knowledge: You have experience with the nuances of a B2B sales cycle, particularly with longer lead-to-sale cycles (e.g., 4 months). - Excellent Documentation Skills: You have the ability to meticulously document automations in Google Sheets for replicability and re-selling purposes. You understand the fundamental purpose behind each automation you build. Bonus Skills - GoHighLevel Plugin Development: An understanding of the GHL plugin space and experience with synchronizing leads and data with databases like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel 365, or Supabase is a significant plus. Project Details & Compensation - Project Structure: This is ongoing work, funded on a project-by-project basis. Each project will involve a minimum of 2 clients, with a maintenance contract of a minimum of 3 projects. - Compensation: We offer a competitive rate of $15 USD per hour, or a fixed price of $100 USD per project, depending on complexity. All work must be timed using the timesheet tool within ClickUp; no bulk time importing is allowed for billing. - Bonus Incentive: We encourage proactive problem-solving and innovation. If you recommend and implement an automation that results in an upsell to the client, you will receive a $100 USD bonus for each upsell. Timeline & Availability - Project Timeline: A typical 2-client project has a 2-week delivery timeline for setup and data-sets, with a maximum of 3-day delivery for individual automations. - Availability: We require our freelancers to be available between 8am and 9pm AEST, Monday to Friday. - Communication: All project management and communication will take place in ClickUp. How would you alter this to be optimal? - Question 2: Please provide a screenshot of the best automation you've produced and describe it in detail. 2. Portfolio of your work: Please include screenshots of automation workflows you've built, case studies of B2B implementations, examples of API integrations with the tools mentioned above, and client testimonials specifically about your GHL work. 3.
