We are a growing B2B services company using GoHighLevel (GHL) as our all-in-one CRM, sales, and marketing platform. We’re looking for an experienced GHL builder to set up our system from the ground up. --- Project Scope We need a GHL expert to handle: CRM Setup: Import contacts, set up pipelines, tagging, and segmentation. Product Library: Add services/products for proposals and invoicing. Funnels & Campaigns: Build lead generation funnels, appointment booking flows, and nurture automations. Proposals & Billing: Configure branded proposals, invoices, e-sign, and payment integration. After-Sales Flows: Thank-you sequences, onboarding automations, reminders, upsell campaigns. Tasks & Reminders: Flows that create tasks for staff (callbacks, renewals, follow-ups). Simple Ticketing: A lightweight workflow for logging and tracking service requests. Dashboards & Reports: Set up reporting for pipelines, campaigns, and customer activity. --- Requirements Proven GoHighLevel implementation experience (show past projects/screenshots). Strong in CRM setup, automation, funnels, and proposals. Able to recommend best practices for appointment flows and campaign structure. Basic design ability (Canva or similar) required for clean funnel and proposal templates Bonus: Experience with B2B or service-based businesses. Ability to deliver end-to-end setup with documentation. --- Deliverables Fully working GoHighLevel CRM tailored for B2B services. At least one live funnel with automation (appointment + nurture).
