Job Title: Go High Level & Zapier Expert About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Go High Level (GHL) and Zapier expert to help us integrate Prosp.ai with GHL. The goal is to set up two-way triggers so that contacts can flow seamlessly between both platforms. This is a short-term project that should be straightforward for someone with the right expertise, as all workflows are already mapped out and the Prosp.ai integration documentation is on hand. For the right person, this could lead to ongoing work and even a potential full-time role. Responsibilities Set up two-way integrations between Go High Level and Prosp.ai using Zapier (or other recommended methods if more efficient). Configure triggers and workflows to ensure contacts sync correctly in both directions. Test and troubleshoot to confirm data is flowing accurately and reliably. Document the setup for easy reference and future scaling. Provide recommendations to optimize automations and improve efficiency. Requirements Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) automation and CRM setup. Strong skills in Zapier, including multi-step zaps, filters, and error handling. Previous experience integrating third-party tools/APIs with GHL. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and provide clean, scalable solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Nice to Have Experience with Prosp.ai or similar prospecting/lead management platforms. Familiarity with other automation tools or custom API integrations. Contract Details Type: Short-term contract (estimated hours to be discussed). Location: Remote, flexible.
