Go High Level Expert Needed | Onboarding & Client Account Management (Google Ads Knowledge Preferred) Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help us onboard and manage multiple new accounts and clients. You’ll be working with a digital marketing agency that’s scaling quickly, so we need someone who is reliable, proactive, and highly skilled in setting up and managing workflows inside GHL. What You’ll Be Doing: Onboarding new clients into Go High Level Setting up accounts, sub-accounts, and pipelines Building automations, triggers, workflows, and reporting dashboards Managing ongoing client accounts inside GHL (CRM, automations, campaigns, integrations) Troubleshooting setup issues and making sure everything runs smoothly (Bonus) Assisting with Google Ads setup and management, including tracking, conversions, and integrations with GHL Requirements: Strong experience with Go High Level (please include examples of accounts you’ve set up or managed) Understanding of CRM automations, workflows, and lead pipelines Comfortable with integrations (Calendars, Stripe, Zapier, Google Ads, etc.) Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reliability Nice to Have (Preferred): Google Ads setup and management experience Familiarity with tracking, CAPI, and ad reporting inside GHL What We’re Looking For: Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training An ongoing partner we can rely on as we grow Someone who’s efficient, professional, and easy to work with Project Type: Ongoing, part-time with potential to grow into full-time Long-term collaboration preferred
