About the Opportunity We are seeking applications for a Gift Operations Officer on fixed term contract role until July 2026, who will process and manage gifts from donors and alumni as well as respond and triage donor enquiries via the gift hotline and role-based email account. You will play an important part in processing gifts and maintaining associated data to ensure they can be used to support the development and alumni relations activities of the University. This team works closely with the fundraising and gift implementation teams to ensure the accurate processing and receipting of gift transactions and data maintenance to support the development and alumni engagement activities of the University. We are looking for a Gift Operations Officer who: is an excellent communicator who values internal/external relationships with a focus on customer service excellence learns quickly, demonstrates resilience, and thrives in a dynamic complex environment demonstrates high attention to detail with a strong focus on business processes. has highly developed data processing skills, including the ability to follow documented data processing procedures. is logical, methodical and well-organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. can approach problem solving using critical and analytical thinking. has experience using Salesforce preferred however not essential Applications Your employment is conditional upon the completion of all role required pre-employment or background checks in terms satisfactory to the University.
