We have a system set up on GHL (go high level) & google sheets. Our payment platform is STRIPE. This is our own CRM system Dental clinics book in patients that need anaesthesia by a patient intake form This intake form triggers a text and email sent to patient requesting a form to be filled This form takes Patient Info + Medical Info + Payment All backed up make All this data is of course captured on GHL but also captured on google sheets We use the google sheets as our “data sheet” or “run sheet” or our “clinic list” it provides a succinct summary of all our patients across different clinics. INTAKE FORM - Change name to: Patient Intake form (all cases including long cases) - Remove other random price figures 
(remove 3hr, 3.5hr, 4hr) 
(add in custom AUD 3000) - Payment method (in clinic eftpos, pay online, super patient) - Time - Anyone over $3000 (trigger an email to bookings email) - Add new practice email to form (info email) UPDATE QUESTIONNAIRE: - Update Website to new one sleep anaesthesia - Wt - Ht - BMI (calculation based on formula BMI = weight (kg) / [height (m)]² ) - Custom Questionnaires - Need to be individualised to - 3000 - 3500 - 4000 - 4500 - *A further update to this questionnaire will be needed in terms of just writing in the coming week* EXCEL - Clinic Run sheets = Fixed date order - Allow two way modification. So modifying the Clinic page should modify the main “Database Sheet” - Layout - Colour - Paid = dark green - Clinic paid = yellow - Payment plan patients (light green) - Not filled = red Once filled & payment - Confirmation email to patient + to clinic - Send receipt automated via stripe Notes section or columns added to excel - Emailed & Texted forms (tick) - Allow notes to be added (called patient) (tick) - Medicare lodged (tick) - Patient completed (tick) Automations: - AUTOMATED TEXT & EMAIL day prior to operation - Text patient “Please do not eat or drink anything 6 hours prior to your operation, refrain from smoking or vaping prior to your operation.
