Upify.ai is seeking a CRO specialist for our lead generation and e-commerce clients. We need an expert to systematically optimize conversion funnels using AI-powered experimentation and PostHog analytics. What You'll Do Build and implement A/B tests using PostHog experiments, use AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude) to rapidly prototype variations, analyze results, and work to train and upskill our team to run experiments independently. The goal is to perfect the process, act as a coach and troubleshooter to our team. Tech Stack • PostHog (experiments & analytics) • Next.js/React/TypeScript • Deployed on Vercel • AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, etc.) Requirements • 3+ years CRO experience with measurable wins • Advanced PostHog or similar analytics platform experience • Proven success using AI tools to accelerate development • Can code React/Next.js component variations • Comfortable with data analysis and statistical significance • AI-fluent: You leverage AI tools daily to move faster and smarter
