• Manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations
• Conduct health assessments, care plans, and minor procedures
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-based care environment
• Use Best Practice software for clinical documentation

Experience/Qualifications Required

Deliver comprehensive general practice consultations
1. Manage chronic disease and preventative health care
2. Perform minor procedures and interpret investigations
3. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using Best Practice
4. Collaborate with nurses and allied health professionals
