Location: Sydney, Australia / Remote We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our business towards growth. The General Manager will be responsible for managing resources, supporting multiple teams, and ensuring company objectives are achieved. This role can be based onshore in Sydney, Australia, or Offshore depending on the candidate’s suitability. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and management of day-to-day operations. Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies to achieve company goals. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead, mentor, and support department managers and teams across different functions. Ensure smooth coordination and communication between teams. Drive business growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor KPIs and prepare business performance reports for senior leadership. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager, or similar senior leadership role. Strong background in business management, operations, and strategy. Experience supporting and managing multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial and business acumen, with budgeting and reporting experience. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
