Seeds2crop is looking to recruit 5 full time workers to undertake general farm work, fruit picking/packing, and almond harvesting. Work Location will be around Robinvale in the North West Victoria. Work is expected to commence from late October 2025 for a duration of minimum of 12 months. Offering a minimum of 38 Hours per week, Monday-Friday for successful candidates. Some weekend work may be available. Start and finish times are subject to change depending on weather conditions. General farm work is paid under Horticulture Award [MA000028] at $24.28 per hour of full time rate plus superannuation, Sick Leave and Annual Leave. Piece rate will be paid for fruit picking.

Candidates who display outstanding aptitude and commitment to the work may have the opportunity up-skill and undertake additional training within the organisation.
