10 x Gardener & Maintenance Staff Needed

Commencing December 2025 / January 2026, 10 x staff members are required for a remote property offering remote retail & accommodation services located in regional Western Australia between Exmouth and Karratha. Staff will be required on a short-term basis for 6-9 months.
Duties will include:
• Outdoor yard upkeep – lawns, gardens, edge pruning
• Basic painting duties
• Checking water bores and filters
• Cleaning public areas such as restrooms and seated areas
• Unloading deliveries
• Housekeeping at times – cleaning accommodation sleeping areas

The work will be Supervised with training provided and the potential to up-skill available during your placement.

A manual drivers license is preferred but not essential. Applicants should speak a basic level of English.

The role is offered on a Casual basis paid at Level 2 $32.31 per hour under the Miscellaneous Award 2020 MA000104. Staff can expect to 30 hours each week across a 7 day roster. The usual work roster will be 5 or 6 days on and 1 day off each week, starting 6am finishing between 2-4pm.

Accommodation and 3 daily meals are supplied on-site for $140/ week.
