We are looking for a casual Gardener to support basic grounds maintenance across three aged care sites in the Albury Wodonga region. This work will run over the next few weeks in the lead up to Christmas, with consistent hours Monday to Friday and 7am starts.

About the Role

You will be completing general garden labour including mowing with ride on equipment, whipper snipping, edging, weeding, pruning and general upkeep. You will rotate across three sites each week and help keep the outdoor areas tidy and presentable.

This is straightforward work but needs someone reliable, safe and comfortable working around aged care residents, staff and visitors.

What You Need

• Full PPE including steel cap boots, long sleeve hi vis and work pants
• White Card
• Ability to obtain a Police Check
• Basic gardening or grounds labour experience
• Ability to work independently and move between sites daily

What’s On Offer

• Pay rate from $36 to $38 per hour plus Travel plus Super
• Casual work available immediately through to Christmas
• Monday to Friday with 7am starts and 8 hour days
• Travel allowance for site movement

Experience:

• Gardening: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Full Driver Licence & Car, to get too and from work (Preferred)
