We’re looking to recruit a passionate hospitality enthusiast to join the Leadership Team at one of our Redcape Hospitality venues, Bli Bli Hotel as our Gaming Supervisor. We're after values-aligned people that maintain a high standard of hospitality, focusing on delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience, fostering a culture of high performance. You will support your Venue Manager to lead gaming operations in a hands-on role.

Role and Responsibilities
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will support your Venue Manager to lead the gaming team to deliver hospitality excellence, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives, and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours. For more information please visit: www.bliblihotel.com.au
- RSA, RSG & CLO qualifications are essential. RMLV would be beneficial but not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in the gaming industry is preferable but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
