FULL TIME WELDER (First Class)
2 Positions available

SALARY $76,668.80 plus super

DUTIES
• Determine specific welding requirements
• Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools.
• Effectively layout designs
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Joining metal sections using hand tools, examining welds by filing, grinding.
• Examine weld for bead size and other specifications.
• Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
• Follow, create and help maintain welding procedure specifications
• Maintain occupational health and safety at work at all times
• Perform all necessary maintenance and repair as per job sheet.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Must hold trade certificate qualification in welding
Have at least 2 years work experience as a welder and knowledge in the industry
Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
