Store Manager – IGA Pemberton
Full Time – Permanent | Pemberton WA 6262

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our IGA Pemberton team. This is a hands-on role where you will run day-to-day operations, support your staff, and make sure customers always enjoy great service.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, stock control, and inventory
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control
• Recruit, train, roster, and support staff
• Run promotions and events to drive sales
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and safety
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
• Build strong supplier relationships
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years’ full-time experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, practical, and approachable
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and overtime if required.
• Long-term, unrestricted work rights in Australia

Annual remuneration: $77,000 – $85,000 p.a. (above award, depending on experience).
