Boddington Supermarket Pty Ltd (Boddington IGA) is an independent IGA supermarket serving the local community with fresh food, groceries and everyday essentials. We pride ourselves on friendly service, well-presented shelves and a clean, safe shopping environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and drive the store’s performance.

Location: Boddington WA, 6390
Salary: $76,515 to $80,000 plus superannuation
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor sales data and maintain financial health of the store.
- Develop sales forecasts and manage budgets.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic.
- Set prices, authorize discounts, and manage in-store promotions.
- Ensure stock availability and manage inventory.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
- Develop store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar role.
- A relevant qualification at the Diploma level or higher is preferred or an additional year of relevant experience.
- Hold liquor and first aid licenses.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competent in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Ability work on Sundays, public holidays and rush season.
