STORE MANAGER
(Full time, Permanent)

Guru Brothers Cafe and Restaurants Pty Ltd t/as Dolce & Salato Bull Creek, WA 6149 retails handcrafted Italian and custom cakes, pastries, breads and pizzas made with traditional Italian dough and freshest ingredients.

We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at our Bulli Creek Store.

Our store is busy, so the ability to work within a fast-paced environment is needed. We do this together, supporting each other.

You'll be a self-driven individual and lead an amazing team to deliver a stand-out customer experience, which is something that we are proud of.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing store operations and team performance.
• Analysing product demand and maintaining an optimal stock mix.
• Developing and implementing sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitoring sales, financial health, and achieving revenue targets.
• Leading marketing, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
• Setting pricing strategies, authorizing discounts, and markdowns.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining service standards.
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff while fostering a positive team culture.
• Managing staff rosters and meeting occupational health and safety requirements.
• Preparing reports and maintaining financial and stock records.

You will:

- have a Diploma or higher in Business administration, management, finance, accounting, retail management, marketing, human resources management, operations management or another relevant area or at least 1 year of relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification
- have at least 1 year of full-time experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
- have full time work rights to work in Australia.
- be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.

The right candidate will be paid an annual remuneration package between $76,515 to $84,000 plus superannuation and terms and conditions as per the applicable award.
