Full Time Retail Manager
SALARY $75,000 + SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES
• Leadership & Team Management: Supervising staff, fostering a positive culture, and conducting training.
• Operational Management: Managing stock levels, inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting, setting prices, and achieving sales targets.
• Customer Service & Sales: Promoting goods, handling customer relations, and implementing marketing policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolving operational issues and acting quickly to support store success.
• Store Management and day to day operations of the store.
• Cash handling and banking.
• Training and retraining of employees and decision making and task handling/delegating.
• Following Foodco brand standard procedures and following food safety law.
• Feedback and complaints handling.
• Control of cost of goods and ATV’s / KPI’s.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience in hospitality environment 3+ years
• Understanding coffee making under Foodco Brand Standards
• Food safety certified certificate
• Diploma of Business and/or Hospitality Management
