About the Role: As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you will report to the Clinical Care Manager. We are seeking experienced and qualified nurses committed to delivering exceptional care. These are Full-time roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

For Registered Nurses:

-Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to accepted nursing practice and standards
-Consult with other Health Professionals and coordinate patient care within healthcare teams
-Provide and monitor treatments, medications, and therapies as per care plans
-Lead health promotion activities and participate in patient education
-Supervise and coordinate Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
-Maintain accurate healthcare documentation and records
-Ensure compliance with current Clinical Standards in Homecare, Aged Care, Hospitals and Community Nursing Services

For Enrolled Nurses:

-Assess, plan and implement nursing care under RN supervision
-Administer medications and monitor treatment responses
-Assist in coordinating and evaluating patient care
-Participate in health education and promotion activities
-Provide direct patient care including personal hygiene assistance
-Support RNs in clinical procedures and patient assessments
-Maintain accurate clinical documentation

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

-Comply with all Work Health and Safety legislation requirements
-Maintain infection control standards
-Report incidents and hazards promptly
-Support a positive safety culture

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

-Current APHRA registration
-Extensive experience in Community Nursing and Home Care
-Relevant nursing qualification for Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse
-Minimum One year’s full time post-registration relevant experience
-Current National Police Clearance
-Current Working with Children Check
-Current Manual Handling Certificate
-Valid Driver's Licence
-Current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
-Department of Health Infection Control for COVID-19 Certificate
-NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Work Location: Various locations across Perth (CBD, North and South of the river)

Pay: AUD 85,000 – AUD 95,000 per annum (excluding Superannuation)
