ICT Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & Customer App

As we grow, we’re investing in new digital systems and building our first customer-facing application to make ordering, tracking, and communication easier than ever.

To help us make this transformation a success, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Duties
• Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and data models that developers can deliver against.
• Map and analyse existing processes (orders, logistics, invoicing, compliance) to identify inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows.
• Build real-time dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to give management proactive visibility of operations.
• Work with developers and vendors (e.g. Linxio, FMT technologies, ERP/CRM providers) to ensure smooth system integration
• Collaborate with ERP/CRM vendors and implement new systems that integrate seamlessly with the app.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, system quality checks, and root cause analysis to ensure reliable, compliant solutions.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and support change management across the business.

Required Skills
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (ideally in logistics, petrochemicals, or manufacturing).
• Strong background in system integrations, app or portal projects
• Solid process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and API integrations.
• Excellent communicator who can work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
