Position: Early Childhood Educator

Location: Auburn, NSW
Salary Range: $75,000–$80,000 plus superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Working Hours: 38 hours per week
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Ana Kindergarten is a not-for-profit community-based long day care service providing high-quality early childhood education for children aged 0–5 years. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs in line with the EYLF
• Foster nurturing and inclusive learning environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and document children’s learning and development
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and regulations

Essential Criteria:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Valid Working with Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
• Food Handler Basics Training

Desirable:
• Experience in a not-for-profit or community-based service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
