Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to support our customers. This role involves careful handling of goods, safe driving, and friendly customer service.

Location: Esperance, WA 6450
Annual Remuneration: $68,864 to $75,000 p.a. plus superannuation
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan routes.
• Manoeuvre the vehicle for loading.
• Drive vehicle safely ensuring goods are secure
• Assist with loading, ensuring goods are arranged for easy delivery and secured to prevent damage.
• Verify delivery dockets before departure.
• Carry out unloading at customer locations, obtain proof of delivery, and confirm completion.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Collect payments for deliveries when required and record transactions.

Requirements

• AQF Certificate II or III or at least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification
• At least 6 to 12-months of full time or part time equivalent experience as delivery driver.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use navigation tools.
• Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer focused.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays and busy periods.
